These are the things that will either make us sick and weak or experience exceptional and robust health. Our society has become extremely toxic and acidic leading to many serious health conditions. Quite often the body can be damaged for years before symptoms set in, known as what we call disease. In my personal opinion, this is becoming an epidemic of self-destruction that could be vastly decelerated by simply reverting back to nature. I believe by discontinuing the consumption of the many poisons in our food and the chemicals we consume, breathe into our lungs and apply to our skin will strengthen our cells for the generations to come...

 

One must remember that prevention is everything.
